Should I go to a 3rd tier law school NOW or wait to enter a 1st tier law school LATER?

Here are the facts: GPA = 3.0
Average practice LSAT score = 141

Should I take the February LSAT and try to enter a 4th tier law school. Or should I take the June LSAT so that I can have a chance to increase my score, and possibly enter a better law school?

BTW… I live in Southern California
Bottom tier = La Verne Law, Whittier Law
Top tier = USC, UCLA, Loyola, Pepperdine

*** I want to be a district attorney….Does it really matter if I go to a top or bottom tier law school?
